Rabbi Joshua Schreiber’s Installation Dinner

You are cordially invited to attend the installation dinner honoring Rabbi Joshua Schreiber as the spiritual leader of Congregation Agudath Achim. Please join us in celebrating this important milestone for our congregation and our new Rabbi.

We are delighted to host this celebration for our community, and there is absolutely no required payment to attend. We want everyone to join us!

If you are able and wish to contribute, we offer two distinct opportunities to support the future and mission of Congregation Agudath Achim.

1. Rabbi’s Mitzvah Fund (Optional Meal Contribution)

In the spirit of Tikkun Olam, any contribution you make above the cost of the meal will directly support the Rabbi’s charitable work.

  • There is no charge to attend.
  • The suggested value of the meal is $54 per person.
  • 100% of all proceeds received above the cost of the meals will directly benefit the Rabbi’s Mitzvah Fund, allowing the Rabbi to discreetly support local, charitable, and congregational needs throughout the year.

2. Accessibility Sponsorship: The Synagogue Lift Project

We are seeking sponsors for this event to help launch a vital capital campaign. We are committed to building a lift to provide full handicap accessibility to both the Synagogue Level and the Vestry Level.

The estimated cost for this critical project is upwards of $300,000. Your sponsorship helps ensure our synagogue is truly welcoming and accessible to current and future members of our community.

Please consider partnering with us at one of the following Jewish-themed sponsorship levels:

  • Chai (Life): $180 – Traditional amount symbolizing life and vitality.
  • Tzedek (Justice): $360 – Reflects the ethical imperative of accessible justice.
  • B’nai Torah (Children of the Torah): $720 – Supports access to Jewish learning and prayer.
  • Tikkun Olam (Repairing the World): $1,800 – Embodies the mission to actively improve our world and space.
  • Kodesh (Sacred): $5,400+ – A foundational gift to sanctify our space through inclusion.
